Our rental inventory consists of over 1,000 yard cards to give you and your loved ones an unique and special experience… all customized for you!
All of our personal lettering (as of now) is 24 inches in height and in black to help your message POP! We also have decorative accessories that are perfect for:

WHAT TO EXPECT
SET UP
Installation of your rental will be the morning of your special event between 6:00-9:00 OR the night before your event between 6:00-7:00.
Winter hours will vary
PICK UP
Pick up is the morning after your event or the night of your event, We do offer an additional day for your convenience (see fees for details).

WHERE WE GO
We offer our services in South Fulton, TN / Fulton, KY. We will travel up to 20 miles from our workshop in South Fulton (see fees for details), so we may service the Union City, TN, Martin, TN, Clinton, KY and their surrounding areas.

Our Pricing Includes:
One theme yard card rental which includes one phrase with one first or last name (Example: Happy Birthday, Emily), decorative accessories, set up, and pick up.
We Base Our Pricing By Location:
Since the surrounding areas are rural, our base pricing is calculated by mileage from 5367 Doe Run, South Fulton, TN 38257

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel your order, please do so as far in advance as possible Customers may choose to receive a 50% refund OR the full rental amount may be credited toward a future rental (within a year) based on availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will not be subject to a refund or credit.

Please understand that we will do our best in any situation to deliver your yard sign display; however, in the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to safely complete your set-up. In this case, a full refund will be issued OR the customer may request a new date for the rental if that theme is available.
Sign My Yard can not issue refunds for the following:

Errors that occur on the the order submission (incorrect address, date, etc.).

Recipient/homeowner request to remove the greeting

Inability to gain access to desired location. Please make sure any special instructions, such as gate codes, are given at time of order.

With the exception of weather, circumstances beyond our control, that prevent us from setting up the sign display at the desired location. For our safety and your pets, all animals must be fenced or inside the home while installation and tear downs are being operated. For sanitation reasons, pet waste must be picked up in the area of installation.

Please feel free to take all the pictures you would like of the greeting or standing by the greeting. We would love to see your fun pictures, lots of them, so feel free to hashtag your social media photos with #signmyyardfulton or send it to us via text message or email! We ask that you DO NOT allow anyone to lean or play near the greeting due to safety reasons.

Please arrange for lawn maintenance to occur before set up or after take down of your yard greeting. Mowing and trimming around our signs will damage our stakes and signs.

Please do not move, remove or dismantle the display or any part of it. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will be happy to take the greeting down early.

Please do not attach any objects, including balloons, to the signs or display.

For sanitation reasons, please make sure that the set up space is clean, including pet waste.
All the signs are the property of Sign My Yard. Customers are responsible for any damage done to the signs while on the property.
